The overall objective of this ASE test prep course is to assist individuals intending to take the Level 1 and/or Level 2 xEV safety certification test(s) with practical information that will aid viewers in having a successful test experience.

- Safety-related work practices
- De-energizing
- Test instruments and equipment for electric vehicle applications
Course Objectives:
- Register for the xEV test that is best for their individual needs
- Correctly identify methods used by ASE in administering the xEV Safety Tests
- Define the hazards associated with servicing high-voltage vehicles in the workplace
- Match high voltage safety terms with their practical meanings
- List the types of PPE
- List the proper signage and physical barriers used for high-voltage services
